Audrey, a fourth-generation resident of the Central Coast, is the company’s founder and brings over 20 years of experience and passion to her company and the property management industry. She stays on top of state and local regulations, changing laws and industry standards, all while overseeing and participating as the company’s Broker. Audrey looks to add value to her owners’ properties and the community. She is a member, and past President of the National Association of Property Managers and is associated with many organizations like the California Apartment Association, National Association of Realtors, Monterey County Association of Realtors. She is also an active real estate agent and Certified Property Manager.
Jayme is our vital and very capable Administrative Assistant, and likely the first person you speak to when you call our office. She supports 36 North Properties by helping to prepare leases, handling lease expirations, vendor profile information, and work order follow ups. She is an integral part of our company and we are glad to have her.
Sabrina is new to our company, but she has already hit the ground running to ensure that our office and property showings run smoothly. She is focused, detail oriented, and carries a friendly can-do-attitude bringing quality and energy to 36 North Properties. Sabrina has extensive experience in customer service, property inspections and quality control.
Monterey Office Manager/Lease Renewal Coordinator
With many years of property management experience Mary runs our Monterey Office ensuring all details are in order. She also is the point person for all lease renewals. 36 North Properties works to renew leases each year. Mary starts by coordinating with Sabrina on annual inspections, drafting lease renewals and seeing the process through to the end. Mary is easy to talk and detail oriented making her a great team member.
Salinas Office Manager/Leasing Coordinator/After Hour Emergency Support
Jessica is our Salinas Office Manager ensuring everything in this office is on point each day. She is also in charge of receiving and processing applicants. If you have a question about your application or our process, she is our gal. On top of all this, Jessica handles all after hour emergencies helping us to ensure all maintenance emergencies are addressed immediately, which ultimately allows us to better protect and maintain our owner’s assets. She has exceptional people skills and is always there when we need her. She is also bilingual!
Jeanette is our independent bookkeeper who assists with bill payments, reconciliations, and implementation of efficient and compliant daily operations. She is our ‘gal’ for trouble-shooting accounting issues and can answer any questions regarding your monthly and annual owner statements.
