Broker/Owner/Property Manager Level III
Audrey, a fourth-generation resident of the Central Coast, is the company’s founder and brings over 20 years of experience and passion to her company and the property management industry. She stays on top of state and local regulations, changing laws and industry standards, all while overseeing and participating as the company’s Broker. Audrey looks to add value to her owners’ properties and the community. She is a member, and past President of the National Association of Property Managers and is associated with many organizations like the California Apartment Association, National Association of Realtors, Monterey County Association of Realtors. She is also an active real estate agent and Certified Property Manager.

Jessica Rivas
Salinas Office Manager | After Hour Emergency Support
Jessica is our Salinas Office Manager ensuring everything in this office is on point each day. She is also in charge of receiving and processing applicants. If you have a question about your application or our process, she is our gal. On top of all this, Jessica handles all after hour emergencies helping us to ensure all maintenance emergencies are addressed immediately, which ultimately allows us to better protect and maintain our owner’s assets. She has exceptional people skills and is always there when we need her. She is also bilingual!

Isidro Chavez
Maintenance Coordinator
Isidro joins the team with several years of maintenance and onsite manager experience. Isidro works hard each day to ensure that we process work orders efficiently and timely. He ensures quality of workmanship to protect our owner’s properties and strives for tenant satisfaction. Isidro also completes the final move out walk through to ensure all details are caught to ensure our homes are ready for the next tenants.

Administrative Assistant
Jayme is our vital and very capable Administrative Assistant, and likely the first person you speak to when you call our office. She supports 36 North Properties by helping to prepare leases, handling lease expirations, vendor profile information, and work order follow ups. She is an integral part of our company and we are glad to have her.
